Thanksgiving

We had a nice Thanksgiving this year. We ate dinner at the Rice's. The whole David Wright family was there together this year. The kids had fun playing together. They made Indian headbands and put on a play for us about the first Thanksgiving. It was really cute. You can tell Holden is really into it!!

That Sunday we went to The Laker's and Weston and Holden made a gingerbread house with Nana.

Weston made a sketch before they started so he new exactly what to do. Holden was eating the candy so fast we had to hide it from him.

Thanks Nana, we had lots of fun!!
Holden can't wait until Christmas is over because he's going to eat the gingerbread house!

Halloween!

We had lots of fun celebrating Halloween this year! The boys had fun picking out a giant pumpkin and carving it with Todd.We got really creative with the face!We went with Grandma Olson and the Lessey girls to Gardner Village to see the witches. The witches were really cute, and Holden had lots of fun with the other kids. (Wes couldn't come because he was at school, sorry Wes!)

We hit a couple Halloween parties. One at the church and another at the city building.
Todd was having a lot of fun!! These are Weston and Holden's buddies Carter and Corbin.

The doughnut contest was a hit with my boys!

Weston was a bat this year and Holden was a shark. Wes wanted to be something really scary!

Grandma Jamie had a fun Halloween Get together. There was yummy food like always, and her cute witch costume was really fun!

Moab

This was one of our favorite trips this year. The weather was great and the scenery was amazing. Grandma and Grandpa Wright went with us and they took Alisa and Jason's boys, Cohen and Grady. We stayed in our trailers at the local KOA. The boys loved playing in the red sand, in fact they put sand in their pockets to bring home as souvenirs. The boys worked hard to become junior rangers at Arches and Canyonlands and were rewarded with gold badges. Weston made it all the way to delicate arch on his own, the hike was a lot tougher then we had remembered. We also loved the canyon view trail in Canyonlands. We had a great time and we are excited to go back and explore even more. Here are some of our pictures from our fun hikes.
